Sori Yanagi Nambu Tekki Cast Iron Deep Pan with Lid and Handle

    Sori Yanagi

It Caught Our Eyes With Its Design. It Won Our Hearts With Its Performance.

    JAPAN DESIGN COMMITTEE

Sori Yanagi Iron Pots. We hand carried our first Yanagi iron pots back from Tokyo for their beautiful design. Upon cooking with them, they won our hearts. We can personally attest that the Sori Yanagi iron pots have temperature control and performance we have not seen before with traditional cast iron.

Nambu Tekki is a traditional Japanese craft that has been practiced for more than 300 years. Nambu Tekki differs from normal cast iron due to the thickness of the iron. Its extra thickness performs exceptionally well and with good basic care can be used for a lifetime.

The deep pot is perfect for stews, deep frying, baking, and casseroles.

    • Nambu Tekki thick cast iron evenly transfers and retains heat
    • For use on any type of cooktop, including induction
    • Oven safe
    • Made in Japan

    • Hand dry.
    • Wipe down with a small amount of vegetable oil on the inside and outside surfaces while the pan is still warm to prevent rusting.
