Tenugui is a type of traditional Japanese towel. Since Tenugui has a smooth texture unlike typical Western terrycloth towels, the cloths can be used in various ways besides drying hands or bodies.
They are inexpensive and available throughout Japan in specialty stores, souvenir corners, and gallery shops.
Enjoy finding uses for this multipurpose towel. We're sure you'll find it handy beyond the kitchen or guest bathroom. As a handkerchief/wipe. For wrapping a special wine for a hostess gift. As a bandana, scarf, or head wrap. As a placemat. Or even a wall hanging.
Material: 100% woven cotton
Tenugui cloths have unhemmed edges. The raveling allows the fabric to dry quickly and will stop within the first 3-4 washes.
Size: 36" x 13"
