A Good Design award winner, the Sori Yanagi teakettle's wide bottom makes water boil much faster and the handle won't be too hot because of the location of the steam hole, which is on the side of the lid! (Still, we recommend to use a mitten to hold the handle, though.). Works with induction heat as well.
