Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Plates. We first stumbled upon Sori Yanagi's stainless steel plates at a shop in Japan. They come in three nesting sizes, so we quickly bought ours and brought them back home with us. Since then, we love to use these for either a special plate, as a serving platter or as a catch-all on a countertop.
